1. Overview

Welcome to URP Credit Repair (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. Please read carefully, including the standalone Consumer Credit File Rights Disclosure, Cancellation Rights, and our added DIY & Draft Letter Resources.​

2. Services Provided

We offer the following professional credit repair services:

• Review of credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

• Preparation and submission of dispute letters for inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items.

• Personalized coaching and monitoring via our secure client portal.

• Access to DIY tools:

  • A custom dispute letter template for your use.

  • A sample letter for a self-dispute “609” based on CFPB guidance (available in your dashboard).

All services comply with federal and applicable state laws, including FCRA and CROA.

3. Fees & Payments

• Document Processing Fee: $150—charged after that portion of the service is delivered.

• Monthly Service Fee: $79—billed after each month’s work is completed.
  We do not collect advance fees before service is performed, consistent with federal law.

4. Estimated Timeline

      Our services generally conclude within 90 to 180 days, based on the complexity of the dispute and the response time. Results        may vary.

5. Consumer Credit File Rights Disclosure

You will receive the mandatory standalone document titled “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law,” which includes:

• Your rights to dispute inaccuracies directly with credit bureaus.

• Important limitations on how long negative data may remain.

• Your right to obtain credit report copies under specific circumstances.

• Your right under CROA to cancel this contract within 3 business days.

• Your right to take legal action in the event of a violation.

This disclosure will be provided to you before signing any agreement.

6. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing.
A downloadable Notice of Cancellation form is available in your dashboard.

7. DIY Tools & Draft Letter Section

Your client dashboard includes:

• A customizable dispute letter template you can tailor.

• A CFPB-based “609” sample dispute letter for personal use.

These tools support—but do not replace—our professional services.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Your information is handled with strict confidentiality and shared only with credit bureaus or creditors as required. We protect data integrity and privacy in compliance with FCRA standards.

9. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

Credit outcomes depend on multiple variables, including creditor and bureau responsiveness. We cannot guarantee specific results or score improvements.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or site following changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law.
